PROOF OF AGE VERIFICATION & ONLINE ORDER POLICY

By placing an online order with OntarioVape, you confirm that you are **of legal age to purchase vapour products in the province or territory where the order will be delivered. PROOF OF AGE IS REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY. Every package containing vapour products leaving our facilities must be age verified upon delivery in accordance with Canadian law and the applicable provincial or territorial requirements. This requirement cannot be removed or waived.

The person placing the order must be the person receiving the order. Orders cannot be placed on behalf of another person. The name entered in the shipping fields on the original order must match the name on the valid government-issued photo ID presented upon delivery. 

The recipient must be of the legal age required in the province or territory of delivery, must personally receive the package, provide valid government-issued photo identification, and sign for the delivery. The package cannot be left unattended or released to another person.

If the recipient is under the applicable legal age, the name on the order does not match the ID presented, the person receiving the order is not the person who placed the order, or the required age verification cannot be completed, the order will not be released and will be cancelled. A 90% restocking fee, plus all applicable shipping and return shipping costs, will apply to orders cancelled because the required age verification cannot be completed. These amounts will be deducted from any remaining refundable balance, where applicable.
