Underage Purchases

Every package we ship utilizes Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means for Canada Post to hand over the package, you must verify that you are 19 years of age or older. If Canada Post cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. These items that are not eligible for a refund. You will be charged restocking fees, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for Canada Post to ship them back to us, bank fees, and a service charge. This also apply's to home delivery.

This is absolutely non-negotiable.

 If you are underage, please do not order from us, you will lose all yor money doing so.

 

Return and Exchange
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to contact us regarding the return of any defective or "DOA" product, or if you are unsatisfied with the product. This does not pertain to any e-liquid products (Free Base or Salt Nicotine)  Shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

 

Return Exemptions- Hardware and Accessories 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Coils, cartridges, drip tips, “burnt taste” items, “I dropped it and now it doesn’t work” items and any other user error types, will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Return Exemptions - e-Liquid
 All e-Liquid are final sale.  However, we also understand some circumstances may require a return of e-Liquid and will be governed under the Return and Exchange Policy.

Shipping of Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you paid by Email Money Transfer, the fee to send you the refund will be deducted from the refund amount. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or if you paid by Email Money Transfer, we will send you a refund transfer. The fee to send you the refund transfer, will be deducted from the refund amount as well as any shipping charges as they are non-refundable. All refunds will be within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.

Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Final Sale
